If you have more than 48 hours left, please contact us immediately to get the jobs removed from your schedule. You can contact TidyMe by emailing to email@example.com or via live-chat on our website (available between 7.30 am to 5.30 PM). If you're emailing, please put the subject as Urgent so that we can process your request as soon as possible.
If you have less than 48 HOURS left before your job, inform us immediately and provide us with the reason for cancellation. A penalty is applied automatically for any last-minute cancellation, however, for medical urgencies, this may be waived if you provide us with a medical certificate or for any other unforeseen situation that is beyond your control! Please mention if you plan to provide a medical certificate so that we can keep the penalty on hold. We wish you a speedy recovery!
Please DO NOT contact the client asking to reschedule- all changes need to be approved by the TidyMe team. For any last-minute cancellation (in the last 2 HRS before a clean) contact your customer immediately after informing TidyMe. Give them a genuine reason as to why you cannot attend (medical emergency, urgent appointment, etc) and tell them that TidyMe will be in touch soon.
