If you are on time, not early or late, and you cannot get in, please double-check the appointment notes for details about the key location and access instructions.
If you still cannot get in or if a customer is not there to let you in, give them a call (and text) on the contact number provided under your booking details. We suggest you remain at the job for a maximum of 20 minutes after the booking start time and if after this time you still haven't heard from the customer, please submit a ticket here so you can be paid for 1 hour. Don't forget to add the details of the clean, such as customer name, date and time.
You will be paid the no-show fee so long as you:
1. Call or text the customer around the booking start time (and send us a screenshot of that)
2. Wait at least 20 minutes at the job location for the customer to contact you
