When should I contact my customers

DO NOT contact customer unless absolutely necessary. You can contact your customer under some specific circumstances, but please be polite and respectful! You can contact customers if: 

  • If you can't find their house
  • If you can't find the key
  • If you aren't sure how to get into the house or apartment
  • If you can't find their vacuum and mop 
  • If you need to ask them a question about extras
  • If you accidentally break something

That way, your customer will always be informed about you and the status of your job. You can find their phone number in your Calendar. Just click on the job in your calendar and their details will be on the bottom (left hand side):
