The customer is not at home

If you cannot get it or if a customer is not there to let you in (and you are on time, not early or late) give them a call (and text) on their contact number provided. Also, please double check the appointment notes for details about the key and access. 

We suggest you remain at the job for a maximum of 20 minutes after the booking and if after this time you still haven't heard from the customer, please submit a ticket here so you can be paid for 1 hour. Don't forget to add the details of the clean, such as customer name, date and time.
