Customers expect that every home clean includes all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas (laundry room, living rooms, hallways, stairs etc) and our five star crew recommend covering the below areas in each home to ensure a five star rating.
Customers can also select extra services and an extra hour is provided to the booking time for each extra service they select. More details about extra services here.

After your clean your customer will be sent a feedback form to give your job a rating out of five stars. Our five star crew say getting the above areas covered pretty much guarantees a five star rating! Items in red (image below) were tasks not completed previously and the customer is expecting to be done very well going forward. Items in blue are custom tasks added by your customer:
