You are late

Oh no! Hopefully it's just a few minutes late as your customer may have plans that will be disturbed. This could lead to you getting a lower rating too. 

If you are more than ten minutes late and don't notify us or your customer, you will receive a penalty. You can see more information in our Rules and Guidelines about that. 

Remember if you are late - notify your customer via text or call as soon as possible.
