Something is broken

Sometimes, accidents happen. If you happen to break something during a job, the best course of action is to alert the customer as soon as possible. You can text or call them, or just show them if they're home. 

Take a photo of the damaged area or item and contact TidyMe through live-chat on our website or by emailing us at crew@tidyme.com.au. Additionally, inform the customer that TIidyMe will be in touch with them to proceed with the claim. For any other information, they can find the details in the Customer Help Centre.
